WHY I DO NOT CELEBRATE SCOTUS HEALTH RULING

I find cold comfort that a heretofore Republican controlled SCOTUS ruled to
uphold an Act which neither afforded health care to all, nor did it actually
“Reform” health care, in any way. “Health care” is really disease and
injury management, a de facto monopoly controlled by the Big Pharma
led Allopathic establishment. The Affordable Health Care Act, basically
was a windfall for the insurance companies, some of the most corrupt
businesses out there. So, for me to “celebrate” something that will just
put MORE power in the hands of groups like the AMA and the insurance
companies, who daily are responsible for many deaths of many Americans,
it would be a horrible thing to in any way celebrate this legal decision
as a “WIN” for the 99 %. It is NOT a win, but more of the same
exploitation of the 99 % that has gone on for time immemorial.

We need Universal Health Care, real health care that is proactive
and which is prevention based. What we have is merely a dog
and pony show perpetuating the status quo via law.

We continue to allow Allopaths to keep the country perpetually on
drugs, most of which have adverse effects which are as bad, or
more often, much worse than the main effects, and in more the
case, often the drugs given actually are admitted by the manufacturer
in some people to make the condition for which they are being administered
much WORSE, increasing the symptoms. The fact that MANY of these
medicaments have “death, liver damage, convulsions” as possible “side
effects, and do NOT in ANY WAY, “cure” the illness, we must stop
and question, are we really using “best practices” to pump chemicals
into people which do not cure ANYTHING, but instead, may, if they
work as intended, only act in a palliative manner. The control of
American (North American) health care by the Allopathic establishment
is a de facto monopoly in any person’s book. Just look at the stats on
what percentage of the population visits either MDs or DOs.

The truth is out on the Net for all to see…i.e. that “health care” is
actually “bank account care” for Medical Doctors, Big Pharma, and
Insurance companies. They feed and grow off of the poor, sick, injured
like leeches, like vultures, like twisted aliens who keep their victims
alive because they can drain more from them and their families
if they keep them sick, but alive, than if they were either dead or cured.

While we rail against Wall Street, Banksters, there go Big Pharma, there
go the AMA, silently and deadly, allowing things like MRSA to become
resistant to antibiotics which are overused to the point of becoming
useless. We now have the CC5 variant thanks to allopathic “best practices”
which is a mutant form of MRSA which CANNOT be killed by ANY
antibiotic. I have lost a friend to this disease lately. So, THANK YOU
Allopaths, THANK YOU Big Pharma….no, not THANK YOU… FUCK YOU!

Prevention based care, alternative medical systems, do not generate
the huge profits that “medicines” (i.e. DRUGS) do. Any street dealer
will tell you that you can become rich beyond your wildest dreams
purveying drugs…either through street transactions, or, if you want
to be REALLY rich, by selling them through pharmacies pursuant to
carrying in a piece of paper from your allopathic doctor.

I once asked a drug dealer I met by chance about how hard it was
to sell drugs… he laughed at me and said “Brotha, you don’t haz to
sell drugs… THEY SELL THEMSELVES … you just make them available”.

Is it any wonder that the REAL drug problem in the USA is not street
drugs any more, but prescription drugs like Oxycontin, a bottle of
which goes for five grand on the street. More and more, we are seeing
dead performers dead not with a needle of heroin hanging out their
arm, but with a bloodstream full of prescription medications.

It is often said, and true… Elvis used prescription meds and died on
the toilet as a relatively young man… Keith Richards used cocaine
and pot and still rocking as an old man.

The POTUS ran on a platform of marijuana tolerance, and even
promising NOT to go after medical marijuana dispensaries. This
has been proven to be an outright lie, and he has stepped up
persecution beyond the level when Bush was POTUS. When the
number one question of the public was about legalization of pot,
he laughed it off and refused to take the question seriously.
But, he would in NO WAY, seriously consider the recommendation
of the FDA panel which said that Oxycodone, Norco, Lortab should
be made illegal. See this link on that.

Please consider the cost of drugs. Just ONE DRUG to treat leukemia
can COST, 9000 dollars A MONTH. Another one costs 4200 dollars
a month. Gleevec, also known as STI571, costs around 5844 dollars
a MONTH. Of course, money to be made in this disease field, has
prompted the rise of “new drugs” . See this link.,

Tasigna costs vary, one place puts it at
5700 dollars a month and others put it much, much higher. Another
site lists this ” Compare that to $7400 for a month’s supply of Tasigna
and $6950 per month for Sprycel.”

And, before people start saying “99, that high costs is
research and development”…my bullshit meter goes off
because that is just not true. Advertising and marketing
of these poisons…er…”drugs” are where the expenditures
are. Don’t believe Ye Olde Pyrate ? Well mate, have a look
at this parchment  So, if you are sick with leukemia and
your insurance wants to fight you about payment for meds,
how can anyone but the 1%ers afford 60-120 thousand a year
for just ONE DRUG.
 

The WHO says our QUALITY of health care, is 37th…THIRTY
SEVENTH among industrialized nations, but we PAY MORE
for shittier care than any other nation. Check out this
parchment on that mateys.
It was not always thus…there was a halcyon age in which
people were not bound to take the protocols shoved up our
arms and down our throats.

But, twas not ever thus. There was in this country, a brief
halcyon time when the allopaths did NOT have a stranglehold
on “health care” (what a joke that title is).

During the Popular Health Reform movement, the allopaths
lost their control. They regained it by using money to pay
off legislators who, after payment, reinstated licensure laws
making it illegal to practice medicine if you were not one
of the allopathic anointed ones. You were not taught about
this movement in school, probably never studied it much
in Med school, because the Allopaths like to paint this as
dark and ignorant times in American health care…far from
it, it was perhaps one of the most enlightened times.

So, how did we get to the point where chemicals , man made ones
because the solution to all ills ? Well…follow the damn money
Lebowski. Ever hear of a cat named Rockefeller ? Rich 1%er of
his day. He had factories making chemicals. He could benefit
greatly if chemicals, which his factories made, could be sold
as “medicines” and even, CONTROL health care.

Today, as every day, I dealt with trolls…individuals whose only Raison d’être is to irritate you, sidetrack you, waste your time. Why ? Because either consciously or unconsciously, they know their little hate filled lives are meaningless…empty, in short, a tale of sound and fury, signifying nothing. They hate people who have a cause, who make a difference, or even, people who seem to be listened to, while no one listens to their hate encrusted ramblings.

Most are immature , unpopular, whining , blathering cowards who, in the real world are not courageous, not strong, don’t go outside of themselves to help others…but find their only feeling of accomplishment at getting a rise out of others.

Some are trolls for free…some are paid troublemakers by others, provocateurs.

They may be on the right, or as one I encountered, who was particularly full of hate that alternative medicine helps people, claimed to be a “socialist”, but who blogged from a wordpress site proclaiming it to be communist.

The bottom line, as they say on the Net…”Don’t feed the trolls”. It is ok to rebuke them or even to tell them to grow up, get a life, and go have carnal knowledge with themselves, however, every second wasted on feeding their pitiful wretched thirst for personal validation lived vicariously through making someone upset who does have a real life, who is helping others, who IS contributing and supporting those who are, is a second lost, a second wasted, and my brothers and sisters, we have too little time to waste on them.

So, whether they are on Facebook, or Twitter, or wherever, once they start their little troll squealings, ignore, block, defriend…whatever you must do to stop their 
incessant “LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT ME HOW IRRITATING I CAN BE”…and drop them off into that dark whole of ennui they call “their life”.

Take time you would have wasted on them, to support a brother or sister, give them hope, tell a Veteran thank you for your service..even if it was a war you were against, they were doing the job that the country gave them..often, they didn’t like it either. In other words…use our precious seconds wisely.

Yes, I get angry, I talk about trolls too much..and may continue…but I will try harder to “practice what I preach” because, if I die tomorrow..I would rather 
be remembered by “last time I talked with him he was trying to bring a brother or sister’s spirits up” than “last time I saw him he was arguing with a troll”.

With all my heart, I appreciate you, my friends and followers.

Be kind…love those who deserve your love. Today is the only real chance

We have all heard of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier..a tomb which is to symbolize our respect and love for those men and women in the military who die, but who do not have their body recovered so that their family know who they are and where they are buried. That tomb marks respect for those soldiers who may be blown up, or otherwise disfigured where identification has been impossible.

Well, there is an Anon Family…those people who are part of the hive called Anonymous. And, though we may not know each other’s birth name, we learn them by their Twitter Handles, their tweets, their personality shines through each posting. We get to know them and they are every bit as real to us online, as our real world friends are, because we know behind that Twitter handle is a real person..usually a very courageous, caring person dedicated to making things better for people here at home, around the world, and for animals worldwide.

This past week, we lost two of our Anonymous family. We lost @AnonMissAnon &@Organ1zer .  We lost two people who were, who ARE, a part of that worldwide family called Anonymous.

Though I never personally met them “in the real”, I followed them, loved their tweets, and admired them for giving a damn about others. AnonMissAnon was an animal warrior, fighting for animal rights, she loved her own animals, as she tried valiantly to help all she could. I knew Organ1zer less well, but as a Brother, he was my brother, and I would have helped him in any way I could.

People don’t understand the Anonymous movement. Often, we are targeted as troublemaking hackers. The truth is, in a world where the big money holds all the keys to power, where Apathy has spread like the 21st century plague such that people, like in the speech from Network, ask only to be left alone with their TV dinners and TV movies, and to be able to keep their job a bit longer, it is truly a wonder that poor people will take what little money they have to go to New York, to chance arrest, to chance a beating, for the right to protest.

So, while Twitter moves on, while I continue posting tunes, cracking jokes, posting political articles, do not think for a minute that I am forgetting these people…because I consider them as family, and grieve for them as I would flesh and blood family.

The question is this. If YOU were to die tomorrow…how long will your FaceBook “Friends” or Twitter “Follows” remember you..or will you just become a side question “Where’s What’s Her Name?” 

Perhaps we Anonymous ARE a different breed. Because, sure, we Do Not Forgive, We do say Expect Us…but more importantly, we are LEGION, and we do Not FORGET…especially, our brothers and sisters. We take care of our own.

We do NOT forget. So, with deep love and respect to our sister, and brother…

I’ve used Real software products for quite awhile and been very satisfied , on the whole with them. When they came up with the Video downloader button, it made downloading YouTube vids much easier than the other “solutions” out there. The Player itself has edit functions and other cool features. The problem is that Adobe Flash seems hell bent on defeating the Real Player downloader function with their constant “updates”..updates which they are well aware of the fact they disable the Real Downloader. 

In specific, when I was frustrated with the most current mutation..err “update” had disabled my Real downloader, I found a discussion where a guy, who had done everything he could to PREVENT the updating of Flash player, found Flash had updated even though he said to a dialog box..NO..don’t want this updated. 

Someone, either in love with Adobe Flash or who works for them, responded to his very important question with a snotty answer like “You don’t NEED Real Player” and saying it was RPs fault because it insists on hooking onto the Flash Player and they have FP now running in a “protected mode”. Well…just run the bastard in the mode it was running in when it worked fine with Real Player. If RP comes out with an update to make it able to run and work with Flash in its “protected mode”…I guarantee you that Flash will auto-update and disable RP’s downloader function again. 

I think , judging from everything I have seen, that Adobe is very much in a little “mini-war” with RP and the victim, most of the time, is the consumer who loves to use both.

That said…honestly, I can now see why APPLE does not enable Flash on their phones. I wonder if HTML5 will be a viable alternative for videos on Youtube.
I have used their beta site which presents the vids in HTML 5 and they seem to play fine for the most part..actually look a bit better to me than the Flash version.

To get the downloader to working, I went back to earlier versions of Chrome and Mozilla…completely uninstalled Flash, and then rebooted and reinstalled older versions of Flash from 9 months ago…result..working Real Player downloader again.

I don’t often wade into the topic of child sexual abuse for a few reasons. One, there are many who have championed this cause who are more eloquent than I, and Two, I find the whole topic so revolting and horrible I don’t want to put thoughts to paper about it. The Sandusky verdict, however, cried out for me to say a few things. Number one…the man was found guilty of abusing 10 children over 15 years. We KNOW that adults saw him performing inappropriate acts and did nothing.

Fifteen years is a long time to be engaged in one of the worst of crimes against humans. And, while the trial was going on, many of the “sports fans” stood behind him, and were on his side. THERE IS NO SIDE IN CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE. It is a FUCKING CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY.. PERIOD !

Now, the avowed “goal” of the “Court System” is to make the victim
“whole” and to punish those who committed criminal acts (if it is a criminal trial).

The acts this degenerate performed on these children will scar them for life..there literally is NO making them whole…ever.

As I write this, I can feel the anger building up about the whole issue.

We SHOULD, We MUST go after and prosecute every adult who knew, had good reason to know, that Sandusky was engaging in these criminal acts, and bring them to justice for actually being accomplices, because if you see something terrible happening and do nothing to stop it..are you not becoming a silent party to it ?

Again, there are many more articulate on this topic and I leave the dissection to them. That said, late in the whole matter, we find now that his stepson is alleging that he too was sexually assaulted.

This is a guy who got caught after at least 15 years. How many more do NOT “get caught”?

We must stop this culture of sports adulation, the cult of coach adulation, and created instead, a climate that does not tolerate in any way, abuse of children sexually or otherwise, at all.

OK..that’s it. I would just recapitulate my themes if I continued.

But, there is a final note that is extremely important, so I hope you read this all.

All too often, the FEDS are using “child porn” as their reason to inspect packets
of data, as do cable companies. Most often, this is just justification to inspect for “copyright infringement”…transmission of things the Copyright Cartel claims to own and wants to make into a huge “crime”.

As we cannot in any way tolerate abuse of children, we also cannot tolerate abuse of us as free individuals and have our rights against unreasonable search and seizure taken away to a transparently false claim of “protecting the children” because, if you cannot protect children from being physically abused by a priest or coach who is systematically abusing actual children, it is clear that you are better at going after people who are trying to bring your dirty laundry to public scrutiny like Julian Assange, than you are in protecting real, live, children.

Of course, there is no one handing you millions to protect children as there are Copyright Cartel representatives who do hand you millions to “protect their intellectual property”.

That is what is wrong with this country…at this point, a corporations pecuniary interests, and greed, has precedence over the lives of real, honest, people.

On this Tumblr, I posted a video of a guy who gets into a fight near the freeway with guys in another car, and it ends with one of the guys kicking him repeatedly in the head…over and over and over. And of course, who can forget the Miami zombie eating the guy’s face who did not stop even when shot once..and had to have a gun emptied into him and kill him before he quit. Then of course, all the cases of police abuse of citizens across the country during Occupy demonstrations, and who can forget Lt. John Pike, a/k/a “Pepper Spray Boy” who, with a non-authorized size can of Pepper Spray, repeatedly sprayed UC Davis kids who were being totally non-violent, in the face.

And then today, I posted the video of the bullying, tormenting, baiting of a poor old 68 year old female bus monitor, a grandmotherly type, by several “children”, threatening to vandalism her home, defecate in her mouth, urinate on her door, and flicking her on the ear (technically, this is battery).

These are just tiny snippets of violence, and threats of violence. Some may say “it’s just America as usual”. No, it’s not. I was born in the USA, lived here almost 60 years…lived through lots of things, but this kind of thing is over the top. It is NOT your normal, average level of aggression.

Now, I can hear some people saying.. it is common, and has been common, the difference is cell phone video cams are able to catch it and upload it …something that you would not have seen in the past.

I cannot say definitively this is not true, it may well have some truth..but also, there is truth in the fact that sometimes, the video camera is a recorder which people create “action” for. There is a certain amount of “I want my 15 minutes of fame” in some of this..wanting to become an instant media celebrity, a YouTube sensation, and to be fair, if we had cell phone video cams in the 1950s, though people MAY have played to them, it was not really in our minds to do the kinds of things we are talking about.

We were taught that the elderly needed to be respected, protected, listened to…not that they were proper targets for gang violence, for abuse, for threats of criminal activities just because they were doing their job.

I also posted an article about a father and mother who , for some reason, took a dislike to a school volunteer…they planted illegal drugs in the volunteers car and called the police to tell them they “saw” the volunteer storing the drugs. Well, their scheme backfired and they have been arrested….oh, and guess what they do for a living…both the father and mother are LAWYERS.

Yeah, I’m an old geezer..an old fogey…but, if this level of disrespect, violence, this kind of criminality done to a volunteer just because they upset you for some reason, if THIS is the 21st century…and by extension, the birth pangs of the 22nd century…then I will not enjoy this new century. It means we need to be armed at all times, we need to have permanent video cams in our cars, our bags, in our clothes…because we need to be documenting what we do 24/7…or more importantly, what MAY be done to us.

I cannot help but think the mindset has been fostered by the attitudes of the banksters…you know, F*CK everyone…I want MINE and to hell with everyone else…the mindset that says, it’s cool if I make 11 grand an hour (Jamie Dimon does pretty much make that) and everyone else is starving, homeless, or cannot afford food or medicine.

The “I, Me, Me, Mine” attitude ultimately will be the ruination of any society. The idea that criminal acts are fine as long as you either don’t get caught..or get a million hits of your video, is antithetical to the notion of a society in which people cooperate, live in harmony, for the common good.

We must create an atmosphere that says, hatred, exploitation, bullying is not OK, and in fact, WILL NOT be tolerated.

If we do not, get ready for the world of MAD MAX, the Road Warrior, to be what you will live in. The lowest common denominator will not just be a math term, it will be where our society ends up.

HOW DID ELITES GAIN POWER AND CONTROL TO BEGIN WITH ? 

Ever since I was a small boy, I have been fascinated with one question among any…and that is “first causes”. Now, by that , I mean not only the BIG first causes, such as the Big Bang, or Creation by a Diety…but the cause of certain people to gain the power to tell others what to do..the establishment of so-called “leaders” which came to be chiefs, warlords, kings, queens, presidents, etc.

Now, one of the theories I’ve read is that the early cavemen, would just naturally begin to defer to the larger, more aggressive individuals…kind of a social “survival of the fittest”. Usually, this would be a male, because of the testosterone giving him more strength, more aggression, etc.

This is a bit simplistic. Yes, in general, for many years, when you have two Presidential candidates, the taller of the two tends to win most of the time, but that is not always true, and if the perception that the physically bigger person should be the leader, even at a subliminal level, should ALWAYS mean the tallest person would be the winner, and thus, that theory fails.

We certainly have seen in real life, gangs evolve in school, and we have seen on reality programs in which large groups are put in a survivalist setting…even in these miniature societies, it is not always the largest man physically who becomes leader..but, it tends to be the most aggressive, most confident, and assertive.

Now , historically, we cannot say that size, physical strength, and aggression were not factors which tended to act as selective factors in leader selection. This was especially true among the Teutonic, Norse races and peoples, but not always.

I believe that the history of mankind is such that the more manipulative, more exploitive people became leaders..not the most intelligent, but the most “clever” the most cunning , who were adept at talking others into things, at forming coalitions…at making “deals”.

In essence, MY theory of the history of leadership is such that the “con men” were the folks who become leaders…the corrupt, Machiavellian types become leaders.

For example, when we example written history…it appears that those “leader / con-men” were those people who , at some point, convinced or should I say CONvinced, those around them that the “gods” (small “g”) had somehow established a special relationship with them, such that the “gods” spoke through them…in essence, they constructed this fabrication that they were the  ”Liaison” between the people and the gods. This argues again for the “gift of gab”, con-men explanation. Perhaps, they were people who also, managed to learn a few simple conjuring tricks….sleight of hand tricks…to convince their more simple fellows, that they were possessing powers beyond the normal man or woman..thus, shoring up their claims of a special status in the tribe…the “mouthpiece of the gods”.

This willingness to lie, to distort, to “con” people, I believe is how the “elites” got into power, got money / valuables, combined with outright theft, but theft which was sugar coated by a line of lies. 

People…people in general, who are honest, often don’t know what to do…in many instances, especially when they have an external drive pushing the need for action..such as the need for food, water, shelter. Someone who could provide these things…OR..provide a pointer to how or where to secure them, would have a special place in the tribe. Now, an arrogant, confident person could find an intelligent or intuitive person to get information from, or training from, and then, using that training, pass it off as their own invention, get the credit, and strengthen their status as “beyond human”.

Another trait is ruthlessness. If you look at rulers such as Ghengis Khan, Vlad Tepes, or many others, they were people who did not hesitate to assert their own wishes, but also, did not hesitate in personally killing  / “eliminating” others who may serve as a slight threat to their position of power, and did not hesitate in killing or torturing enemies / opponents.

Now, as “leader”, arguably, they may have had easier access sexually to women in the group..and arguably might tend to impregnate more women to ensure that their genes, and their influence in the group, were established. And, as a corollary, it can be suggested that they had a vested interest in establishing their own progeny as leaders…by establishing a dynasty ruling class…and using the “divine association or divine descent of kings from the gods” myth to perpetuate their power.

Power has not been only brute strength. It can mean the number of aggressive followers you have to intimidate or run roughshod over the rest of the people in your group. It can mean having superior weapons. If your weapon is technologically better than the weapons of your challengers, arguably, your chance of surviving any “challenges” to your position, may be more assured to be successful. Possessions, resources, are also power. Today, we would say “money talks and bullshit walks”. Withe money/ possessions, one can obtain better food, clothing, weapons, and yes, buy support from more people.

If we look back at Egypt…we can see that the Pharoahs, like the Csars in Russia, through inbreeding (also known as keeping it all in the family), allowed rare diseases such as haemophilia, which is a recessive disease, tended to afflict the royals in Russia, at a higher rate than the general population, due to lack of breeding with non-family members. In the case of a famous ruler in Egypt like Akhenaten, who had a very odd physical habitus… abnormally long head, spindly arms, caved in chest, protruding belly, his children seemed to have inherited this strange body shape.

Looking at other “royals” a/k/a “blue bloods” in Europe, and even occasionally in Asia, we see that they were not particularly bright, not particularly large or strong…such that, especially with the inbreeding, even with their having the best food, best living conditions, personally physicians, a “life of Riley” where they were doted on, waited on hand and foot.

Now, as noted, this is not always the case. Abe Lincoln (Vampire Hunter and POTUS) was taller, and perhaps stronger than those around him. The physical height, in which people have to literally “look up to you” does have an obvious advantage. But, I contend, that the ability to convince people of crazy ideas, to convince them that YOU have a right to tell them what to do because the gods speak through you, is far, far more important in establishing and perpetrating a governing of the people. Of course, this must be combined with establishing a group of “bully boys”, a/k/a “Bodyguards” to insulate the leader from his or her people…to protect them from would be challengers, is essential.

People like Ghandi, who was a lawyer, often are charismatic and have the ability almost to hypnotize people into following them…either by use of their facility with words, with acting, with forming coalitions, and this takes the place of more aggressive, “pushy” type characteristics. 

What MAY have at one time existed, the right to physically challenge the current leader to physical combat to try to wrest his or her position, their crown from them, quickly became a forgotten part of societies.
